Nurse Practitioner

Monina Tubat received her nursing degree from Stillman University, Philippines in 1989. In 1993 she and her family came to Texas where she worked at the Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. She moved to Seattle, Washington in 1998 to work at Virginia Mason Medical Center; and subsequently moved to Anaheim, California to become a critical care nurse at the University of California, Irvine . In 2004 she was promoted to Nurse Coordinator for the Cardiology Department of the University of California, Irvine.

Ms. Tubat earned her Nurse Practioner Master of Science degree from the University of Phoenix in 2006. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She joined Southeast Houston Cardiology in 2007 as a Nurse Practioner for the care of patients with cardiovascular disease.
